Consultant / Senior Consultant | Customer Strategy & Transformation | Financial Services

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management / Economics, Engineering and Industrial Management or similar;
• Experience between 3 and 5 years in consulting (banking and insurance preferred, but not mandatory) or in end-client roles in Marketing, Strategy, Digital, or equivalent areas):
• Strong knowledge of the English language;
• Orientation towards the client and towards results;
• Communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration;
• Problem solving, analytical capacity and critical thinking;
• Organization, planning and orientation towards project quality;
• Entrepreneurial spirit.

• Participate in strategy, transformation, and technology projects in the Customer area, for reference clients in the financial sector, at national and international levels;
• Support project management, contributing to the planning, monitoring, and realization of the different work fronts;
• Assume, according to experience, the coordination of teams or specific workstreams;
• Plan and execute with autonomy the activities under your responsibility, ensuring the preparation of the respective outputs and deliverables;
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and compliance with the deadlines and commitments defined with the client.
