What we're looking for
Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, Management, or a relevant area and consolidated professional experience in the sector, in management, consulting, or project development roles.
More than theoretical knowledge, we look for real field experience and the ability to work side by side with our clients.
The role
We are expanding our network of specialists and are looking for an External Consultant | Tourism & Hospitality to collaborate on HUILD projects in the Tourism sector.
We are looking for someone who knows the sector from the inside and can transform that knowledge into strategy, operational improvement, and new solutions for our clients.
How you'll work
External collaboration on specific projects, adjusted to the specialization and availability of each professional.
We seek experience in:
· Strategy and business models in the tourism sector
· Hotel management, accommodation, catering, or tourism operations
· Optimization of operations and profitability
· Customer experience and service quality
· Development and structuring of new tourism projects
· Investment, incentives, and financing instruments applicable to the sector
