• Plan, prepare, and develop manuals and supporting documentation for the training course, as well as ensure administrative procedures during the development of the training;

• Develop the learning process, maintaining communication and motivation, managing the necessary time and means;

• Accompany trainees individually, offering guidance and support to help them overcome challenges;

• Maintain a stimulating and motivating learning environment, recognizing the efforts of the trainees;

• Participate in the different phases of training evaluation, namely in diagnostic evaluation, learning evaluation, and satisfaction evaluation.

Above all, Attitude!

• Academic or complementary training in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or other relevant areas (mandatory factor);

• Pedagogical experience in the field and in the development of the subject (mandatory factor);

• Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies or equivalent (mandatory factor);

• E-trainer course (preferred factor);

• Experience in distance learning (preferred factor).
