What we're looking for
Higher education in Management, Economics, or a relevant field and solid experience in consultancy, direction, or executive management.
We seek professionals capable of transforming analysis into concrete solutions and of working directly with decision-makers.
The role
We are expanding our network of specialists and are looking for an External Consultant | Strategy & Management to collaborate on HUILD projects alongside companies and organizations in the Social Economy.
What you'll do
Participate in transformation and management improvement projects, from diagnosis to implementation, working directly with management and leadership teams.
How you'll work
External collaboration, by project or intervention, according to the professional's specialization and availability, with the possibility of an in-person component in Porto and/or Lisbon.
We seek experience in:
· Organizational diagnosis and structuring
· Strategic planning and management models
· Definition of KPIs, budgets, and monitoring instruments
· Process optimization and operational models
· Development of management and leadership teams
· Production of recommendations and implementation monitoring
