Technical Support for US Software Company in Lisbon | Including Relocation Package

• €1,300 to €1,950 gross per month, depending on performance-related bonus

In this job, you will support German-speaking corporate clients with questions and problems regarding a well-known US software company, for example with products such as Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, and the Creative Cloud.

You will resolve technical issues and recommend suitable additional products. The project starts in Lisbon in November 2026 or January 2027. Previous experience with the programs mentioned above is desirable, but not a requirement. You will start with a four-week on-site product training.

• Handle inquiries from corporate clients (exclusively B2B) via telephone, chat, and email in German and clarify concerns

• Analyze and resolve technical problems or escalate them to the next support level

• Manage customer accounts (Customer Account Management)

• Upselling: Identify needs and offer suitable additional products

Working Hours and Framework

Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00, 8 hours per day plus a one-hour break. Training and at least the first three months take place entirely in the office, after which partial or full home office is possible.
