Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for Social Media Platform in Lisbon | Relocation included

• Very good written and spoken German skills

• Previous experience in customer service is welcome, but not a must. You will receive comprehensive training

Salary and Benefits

• Good English skills (at least B2). Although the job is in German, you will be working in an international environment with colleagues from all over the world.

• Salary from €1,360 gross per month with company accommodation, up to €1,685 gross without accommodation

As a Customer Advisor, you will support small and medium-sized enterprises in successfully implementing their advertising campaigns on the platform. You will answer questions via telephone, email, and chat, take care of billing and payments, and if a campaign is not running quite as planned, you will find the solution together with the customer.

What makes this job special: You will get daily insight into real advertising campaigns from a wide variety of companies, from small online shops to larger brands. Along the way, you will also learn how modern online marketing really works, including coaching on the platform's advertising products.

What you bring

Lisbon has become considerably more expensive in recent years, but compared to other European cities, it still offers good value for money, except for rental prices. That is exactly why company accommodation is an easier start for many. This is a shared apartment (WG).

Working hours: 40 hours per week in a shift system, Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 21:00. The training lasts 13 working days and is paid.
