Your tasks

• Lead management: You actively speak with business customers in the B2B sector, recognize sales opportunities, and develop long-term customer relationships

• Campaign optimization: You help with the setup, analysis, and optimization of online advertisements - data-driven and targeted

• Revenue increase: With targeted upselling and strategic support, you help your customers advertise more successfully and achieve their goals

• Empathic communication: You provide clear, solution-oriented recommendations and also assist with technical questions

• Working with digital tools: You document conversations, analyze campaigns, and use modern platforms and CRM systems

• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and customer consulting

• Initial experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus - but not a requirement

• Motivation to live and work in Lisbon for at least 12 months

• Sales affinity, strong communication skills, and the desire to develop further
