Customer Service for Portuguese Speakers – International Opportunity

We are looking for a communicative and open-minded Customer Service Representative to work in Greece.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Advisor for the Portuguese market, you will handle customer requests through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks. Responsibilities may vary depending on the project, but generally include customer support, problem-solving, answering inquiries, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented manner.
