Your mission:

As a Specialist or Resident in Specialized Training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, you will play an essential role in an innovative telemedicine service, focused on improving access to Physiatry care throughout the national territory.

Your mission will involve the clinical triage of referrals coming from Primary Health Care and the performance of video consultations to evaluate clinical situations of lower complexity, contributing to a faster and more appropriate response to patients' needs.

• Perform clinical triage and evaluation of referrals coming from Primary Health Care, identifying patient needs and defining the most appropriate guidance;
• Perform telemedicine consultations, via video call, to evaluate clinical situations of lower severity and complexity in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation;
• Evaluate the need for in-person specialized follow-up or referral to other health services, according to the clinical situation;
• Ensure the quality and rigor of clinical records, including the recording of consultations, diagnoses, and clinical guidance;
• Ensure the proper execution of clinical procedures applicable to telemedicine, including, when pertinent, the electronic prescription of medications, complementary diagnostic exams, and other clinical documents.
