• Specialists in General and Family Medicine (Eliminatory factor);
• Active registration with the Ordem dos Médicos;
• Clinical experience in patient care in acute and chronic disease contexts;
• Ease in using digital platforms;
• Capacity for empathetic and close communication;
• Availability to work shifts during the following hours:
• Monday to Friday: Between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: Between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM

• Previous experience in telemedicine and digital health projects;
• Immediate availability.

• Conduct telemedicine consultations within the scope of primary health care in acute contexts to patients of all ages, residing in Portugal or to Portuguese citizens abroad.
• Care for patients referred by SNS24, via telemedicine;
• Ensure the high quality of clinical records, including, but not limited to: consultation records, consultation diagnoses, and specific telemedicine forms.
• Ensure that all clinical procedures related to telemedicine are executed properly, including, but not limited to: electronic prescription of medications, exams, and medical statements.
• Promote healthy lifestyles and health literacy within the community.

As a General and Family Medicine Doctor, you will play an essential role in the clinical monitoring of the population, providing primary care, ensuring early diagnoses, and promoting preventive health.
