- Availability for morning, afternoon, and night shifts (essential);

The role
The Hospital da LuzLisboa- Grupo Luz Saúde intends to reinforce its Customer Service teams in the Emergency Department. To this end, we intend to hire:
What you'll do
- Ensure proper service and follow-up for customers;
- Proceed with the scheduling of consultations and/or exams;
- Perform admission and discharge for inpatient stays;
- Contact with insurance companies and health subsystems;
- Proceed with the billing inherent to the customer's process.
