What is it like to be a KINTO Business Analyst?

− Analyze and optimize business processes, with a focus on simplicity, efficiency, and value creation for the organization

− Support the implementation of solutions in ERP systems, contributing to decisions that improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and user experience

− Collaborate with different teams in identifying needs, gathering requirements, and monitoring the implementation of solutions

− Support the implementation of new strategies and ensure continuous improvement, helping to always evolve with innovative solutions

What we value

− Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Economics, or similar areas

− Knowledge or experience with ERP systems, preferably in a business context

− Analytical capacity and critical thinking to take on the responsibility of identifying improvements in business processes
