Approach, welcome the customer, and close the sale in a multifunctional manner, providing advice, support, and complete solutions, including the corresponding services, at all stages of their journey. Place the customer's needs at the center of attention and ensure an excellent in-store experience. Perform all cash register recording operations and other customer service tasks with reliability and autonomy, complying with the inherent rules and procedures. Perform the reception, checking, organizing, and transfer/return of goods, as well as other Logistics and SPV tasks, in accordance with internal procedures and based on the needs of the Store.

• Knowledge in the areas of PEM, GEM, TV and Photo
• Mastery of sales techniques and strategies for products and services
• Focus on the Customer and on results
• Excellence in service quality
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Initiative and dynamism

• Availability for Part-time 20h per week
