- Driver's License and availability for travel within Mainland Portugal (eliminatory factor);

- Experience in appliance repair (preferred);

The role

To launch operations in Portugal, we are recruiting a Specialized Repair Technician.
What you'll do
- Ensure fault troubleshooting and diagnosis (via telephone contact and/or in person);
- Ensure the installation, repair, and maintenance of appliances at the Customer's home and/or at the Company's facilities;
- Perform quality tests after intervening on the equipment;
- Complete reports after the repair and/or installation of the equipment;
- Regular training frequency, ensuring permanent updating of technical knowledge;
- Management and optimization of parts stock;
- Provide excellent service to the Customer.
How you'll work
Where will you work? Itinerant role, based in the North of the Country.
