Specialized Repair and Technical Assistance (M/F)

The FNAC DARTY group has become one of the leading appliance repairers in France and Benelux, with more than 1.4 million active customers, about 2,500 specialized technicians, and nearly 2 million annual repairs, positioning itself as a European reference in after-sales services, product life extension, and the circular economy. To launch the operation in Portugal, we are looking for professionals to join different areas of our operation, in the roles of Specialized Repair Technician, Specialized Repair Team Leader, and Telephone Technical Assistance Operator.

• Provide excellent service to the Customer;
• Diagnose, monitor, and resolve technical situations according to the role performed;
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company quality standards;
• Collaborate with different teams, contributing to the efficiency of the Operation;
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process optimization;
• Ensure the recording and updating of information in internal systems.

• Professional experience in technical assistance roles, equipment repair, Customer service and/or coordination of technical teams will be valued;
• Interest and appetite for technical areas;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Orientation towards the Customer and service quality;
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Ease in using IT tools;
• Team spirit, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility;
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and growing contexts.
