Randstad is currently recruiting a Scale Assistant Technician for Lisbon Airport.

• key responsibilities

  
  
  • Passenger Assistance: Ensure check-in, boarding, and passenger and baggage assistance processes, guaranteeing compliance with client airline procedures.
  
  
  • Flight Operations: Perform aircraft weight and balance and prepare all technical documentation (manifests and flight documentation) to support crews.
  
  
  • Irregularity Management: Act in the resolution of complaints and adverse operational situations, including the opening and monitoring of baggage processes (Lost & Found).
  
  
  • Logistical Control: Manage bus logistics for boarding/disembarking and report absences or incidents at the boarding gate to direct management.
  
  
  • Data Processing: Operate traffic computer systems for the collection, sending, and organization of information regarding passengers, cargo, and mail.
  
  
  • Compliance and Reporting: Prepare occurrence reports and ensure that all working methods follow internal standards and higher security directives.
