What we're looking for
- Technical IT knowledge (eliminatory requirement);
Nice to have
- Previous experience in repairing IT equipment (we value experience in repairing Apple equipment);
- Excellent communication and a liking for customer contact;

The role
Analysis of equipment to troubleshoot faults and, if necessary, repair or replace Hardware and/or Software; after-sales service; removal of malicious software; installation and updating of diverse software upon customer request; opening and cleaning of equipment; performing backups and data recovery. Welcome, assist, and build customer loyalty, with impartiality, in the sale of FNAC products and services, operationalizing store procedures.
How you'll work
Availability for Full-time, with rotating days off and rotating schedules.
