Requirements
What we're looking for
- Professional/Technical Training or a Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar area;
- Experience in support and maintenance of IT equipment;
- Experience in cable installation, organization of IT racks, and datacenters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory tools;
- Availability to travel/movements and schedule flexibility;
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (at least B2);

The role
Randstad Digital is recruiting an IT Support- Spanish Fluent for direct integration into a client in the retail sector in Vila Nova de Gaia.
What you'll do
key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users (remote and on-site);
- Ensure support in the configuration of hardware and software equipment, based on Microsoft Windows systems;
- Participate in IT Operations area projects, specifically in the opening of new stores;
- Participate in the management of hardware and software inventory;
- Proceed with the conservation, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment;
- Preventive travel to stores;
- Ensure the application of security, confidentiality, and information integrity mechanisms.
