Requirements
What we're looking for
- Technical or higher education in the areas of Informatics, Networks, Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar
- Consolidated experience, preferably 5 years or more, in user support, systems, IT infrastructure, or technical administration
- Practical experience in on-site support and the autonomous resolution of first and second-line incidents
Nice to have
- Solid knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networks, and hardware
- Knowledge of networks and communications, namely TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and switching
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, access management, patches, antivirus/EDR, and equipment protection
- Experience in industrial, production, or logistics environments will be especially valued
- Experience in migrations, integrations, implementations, or IT transformation projects
- Knowledge of Intune, Knox, firewalls, SD-WAN, PowerShell, Linux, Docker, and SAP will be an asset
- Autonomy, capacity for diagnosis and problem-solving, organization, and ability to prioritize
- Strong user orientation and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical interlocutors
- Rigor in the documentation of procedures, configurations, and interventions
- Fluent Portuguese, technical English and, preferably, knowledge of Spanish
- Microsoft, CompTIA, or ITIL certifications will be valued
- Availability for on-site work and for occasional interventions outside of regular hours.

What is it like to be a IT Technician?
What you'll do
- Being the local IT reference for the unit, ensuring first and second-line support to users, both in person and remotely
- Diagnosing and resolving incidents related to equipment, operating systems, applications, connectivity, printing, and communications
- Preparing and administering workstations, from equipment configuration and software installation to the management of users, access, and permissions
- Collaborating in the administration of servers, networks, and communications and providing support for Microsoft 365 tools
- Supporting the management of Active Directory, TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and switching
- Managing and keeping the inventory of IT equipment and assets up to date
- Participating in integration, migration, and implementation projects for IT solutions
- Ensuring the registration and monitoring of incidents through ticketing tools, guaranteeing their correct documentation and resolution
- Working closely with Production, Maintenance, technological suppliers, and the corporate IT team
- Applying IT and cybersecurity policies and procedures, contributing to the protection of systems and service continuity
- Keeping technical and operational documentation up to date, identifying recurring problems and opportunities for improvement.
