O Doutor Finanças, a national reference in the credit intermediation and franchising sector, is looking for a Franchise Development Specialist (M/F/D) to work in the northern region of the country.

• Implement the growth and development strategy of the Doutor Finanças Network in the Northern region;
• Manage and monitor a portfolio of franchisees, acting as a single point of contact (SPOC);
• Support franchisees in the definition and execution of strategic, operational and commercial plans;
• Perform regular in-person visits to the units;
• Monitor performance indicators and prepare progress and productivity reports;
• Promote coordination between franchisees and central support areas;
• Develop local initiatives that foster growth, the sharing of best practices and the autonomy of the Network.
