The Assurance area is growing, acting in domains that include diagnostics and assessments of financial reporting quality under IFRS / SNC standards, GRI/CSRD sustainability reporting, participation in business acquisition processes from an accounting-financial perspective, analysis of internal control standards, definition of internal audit structures, and review of regulatory compliance related to information reporting.

The mission of the Assurance area is to reinforce trust in organizations through the independent assessment of processes, controls, and critical information.

We combine technical and regulatory knowledge with innovation, through initiatives such as the Audit Safe Stamp, which ensure that companies operate with transparency, integrity, and compliance - creating sustainable value and credibility with investors, regulators, and society.

Your day-to-day and responsibilities, depending on the nature of the project you are involved in, will include:

• Management, monitoring, and review of team work;
• Strengthening of analytical capabilities;
• Diagnosis of new IFRS standards and/or full IFRS conversions, including qualitative and quantitative impact assessments, design of financial disclosures, and facilitation of workshops;
• Assessment of impacts in sustainability reporting matters (CSRD / ESRS), including gap assessment and design of action plans;
• Leadership of Internal Audit or internal control projects;
• Inclusion as a financial and internal control specialist in (i) technology projects, led by the Consulting area, and (ii) business transactions, led by the Transactions area;
• Establishment of trusting relationships with clients in order to foster new opportunities.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in areas related to Economics, Management, or Auditing;
• Professional experience between 2 and 5 years in companies within the Industry and Services sector in areas of Financial Management, Sustainability, Internal Control, Internal Financial Audit, and Management Control;
• Communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration;
• Problem solving, analytical capacity and critical thinking;
• Organization, planning and orientation towards project quality;
• Sense of rigorous work ethics.
