Talent Acquisition – Maternity Leave

We are DIGI, one of the leading European telecommunications operators, with over 30 years of experience in Romania and a presence in countries such as Portugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.

We have been in Portugal since 2021, providing quality TV, internet, voice, and mobile services at fair prices. We believe in the importance of keeping our operations in-house, investing in stable and quality employment.

In this growth perspective, we intend to hire a Talent Acquisition professional to join ours.

• Identify recruitment needs and develop profiles according to the indications from the departments;
• Develop, publish, and manage recruitment advertisements;
• Articulate open vacancies with applicable Vocational Schools and Universities;
• Conduct interviews, preparing reports;
• Present long lists and short lists, coordinating with the departments to meet hiring objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or similar (preferred);
• Experience in similar roles;
• Good knowledge of Office;

• Critical spirit and willingness to contribute to the solution;
• Ability to work autonomously;
