We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join the People team, in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We are counting on you to...
• Support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from aligning needs to the onboarding of new talent;
• Develop sourcing and talent attraction strategies, exploring different channels and approaches to identify the best profiles;
• Create and develop a close relationship with candidates, ensuring a positive and differentiating experience throughout the entire process;
• Work in partnership with different business areas, understanding their needs and contributing to the definition of the desired profiles;
• Support Employer Branding initiatives, contributing to reinforcing our value proposition as an employer;
• Identify opportunities for improvement;
• Contribute to the building and maintenance of a talent pool, promoting long-term relationships with potential candidates;
• Have contact with different profiles, business areas, and challenges, developing a comprehensive view of the talent market.

• Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Sociology, or a relevant field;
• Interest and motivation for Talent Acquisition;
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Ability to work autonomously, but also in a team;

• Ability to manage priorities and multiple processes simultaneously.
