In this growth perspective, we intend to hire a Site Acquisition professional, with the following functions:

• Acquisition of locations for the construction of new sites;
• Negotiation and preparation of documentation necessary for acquisitions;
• Field visits for the evaluation of site quality;
• Weekly fulfillment of the deadlines that are outlined.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar functions, preferably in the areas of Site Acquisition, expansion, negotiation, or real estate;
• Experience in negotiation and contact with owners;
• Communication and negotiation capacity with different interlocutors and entities;
• Availability for travel and field work;
• Good knowledge of Office, particularly Excel;
• Good knowledge of English, spoken and written;
• Capacity for organization, autonomy, and goal orientation;
• Driver's license
