As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will support customers across different channels and help them find the solutions best suited to their needs.

Your main responsibilities will be

• Respond to customer requests by phone and email, with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Understand customers' needs and offer them the most suitable services
• Answering questions and providing clear information on the various services
• Collecting and recording new customer information in the platform
• Processing requests quickly and efficiently
• Help deliver a positive customer experience and strengthen the relationship with the brand

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• You speak fluent French (C1), both written and spoken
• You have a good level of English
• You have excellent communication and active listening skills
• Can quickly identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
• You are proactive and motivated and comfortable working in a team
