Customer Support Specialist (Catalan-speaking) - FinTech

And so, for our client, an innovative financial technology company specializing in digital payments and mobile financial services, we are looking for Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal.

• Support users with questions about app features, accounts and digital payments

• Troubleshoot login issues, payment delays and other app-related problems

• Guide users through account setup and identity verification

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat or social media

• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams

• Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction

• High level of Catalan and C1 English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using mobile apps and digital platforms

• Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset

• Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus

• Availability to work rotating shifts, 24/7
