Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Base salary: €930 / month.
- Performance bonus: Up to €80 / month.
- Meal allowance: €7.63 / day.
- Transport allowance: €20 / month.
- Contract type: 6 months (renewable).
- Location: Braga (possibility of switching to Hybrid mode depending on performance).
- Working hours:
From Monday to Friday (Off on Saturday and Sunday).
Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.

What you'll do
Your Missions:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting customers with a warm and professional approach. Your tasks include:
- Responding to requests via inbound and outbound calls regarding customers' savings goals.
- Providing clear, relevant, and accurate answers to every inquiry.
- Presenting and promoting new alternative contracts tailored to the best interests of the customer.
- Ensuring the transmission of accurate and complete information using the appropriate methods.
