As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will support customers with their requests and projects, offering them personalized service and solutions adapted to their needs.

Your main responsibilities will be

• Respond to customer requests by telephone, regarding their current services or their new projects
• Understand their needs and support them in a personalized manner
• Provide clear and reassuring answers throughout their journey
• Identify opportunities to propose complementary solutions adapted to the customer's needs
• Manage files in compliance with procedures and security rules
• Guarantee a quality customer experience at every interaction

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Speak French fluently, both written and spoken
• Possess excellent communication skills
• You love customer contact and know how to create a relationship of trust
• You are proactive, rigorous, and solution-oriented
• You are comfortable understanding customer needs and proposing adapted solutions to them
• You have initial experience in customer service; experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
• Enjoy working in a team and in an international environment
