The role
Job description/Main responsibilities:
- General Customer Service;
- Provide customers with information regarding the products and services marketed by the Bank;
- Establish a relationship of trust with each Customer, using best practices, whether in personal contact at the Counter or via telephone service;
- Ensure that all operations requested by Customers are correctly executed on time, in accordance with current security and quality procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or equivalents;
- Great motivation for commercial activity;
- Ease of oral expression and argumentation skills;
- Good interpersonal relationship skills;
- Spirit of initiative and dynamism;
- Proficiency in IT tools from a user perspective;
- Knowledge of English
