Mobile - German Speaking Customer Service

In your Job Away we are looking for Customer Service Agents with high level of German.

Our client is known for its great Customer Service experience, in the Mobile sector from Switzerland.

The work environment is close and welcoming where always their goal is to focus on the essentials and keeping what`s promise.

Your responsibilities:

- Bring support to customers by phone or email.

- Advice and provide information about products and services.

- Keep the database updated.

- Continuously identification of improvements points.

Requirements:

- Experience in Customer Service and telemarketing (plus).

- German speaker- C1 level minimum

- Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00

- English conversational level is a plus

- Base salary with interesting bonuses 27k gross annually.
