Customer Service Agents with high level of Dutch

In Your Job Away we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a high level of Dutch, for one of our clients really well known in the customer service sector.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customer's needs by ordering supplies and issuing messages.
• Answer calls from customers relating to the company's services.
• Processing pick up orders.
• Tracking packages and requesting proof of delivery.
• Providing shipping information and quotations.

Requirements:

• High level or Native level of Dutch.
• Fluent in English - minimum B1.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, and aptitude for problem-solving.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
