What we're looking for

Completed 12th Grade
Professional Experience in Store Operations (preferred): Previous experience in customer service and replenishment roles, preferably in the petcare sector.
Passion for Animals: Genuine interest in animal well-being, to provide a personalized experience to customers.
Teamwork: Strong sense of commitment, with the ability to collaborate and achieve common goals within the team.
Availability to Work Part-Time and/or Full Time: Flexibility for rotating shifts and weekends, essential to meet the operational needs of the store.
Result Orientation: Ability to meet sales objectives and provide a positive customer experience.

The role

What you'll do

Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty: To provide specialized, quality, and empathetic service, ensuring that customers find everything they need for the well-being of their pets.
Stock Management and Warehouse Organization: Monitor replenishment and stock control, keeping the warehouse organized and facilitating access to products for replenishment in the store. Ensure that the sales area is always well organized, with products displayed in an attractive and accessible way to customers.
Ensure Smooth Store Operation: Support all daily operational tasks, including product organization, customer service and, when necessary, support in cash management.
