What we're looking for

• 12th grade of schooling- This is the minimum academic qualification requirement that we value, ensuring that you have the necessary foundation to develop your skills.
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, and perfume area- Previous experience in this area is a significant asset. We are looking for someone who has already worked with beauty products, cosmetics, and perfume, understanding customer needs and being able to offer expert advice. This experience will help provide an exceptional shopping experience, based on knowledge and trust.
• Effective communication skills- You will be the direct point of contact for our customers, therefore, the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively is essential. It is important that you know how to listen to customer needs and explain the best options to them in a simple and understandable way.
• Willingness to work in a team- Collaboration with your team is essential for the smooth running of any store. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working together, you will like our work environment.
• Availability for diverse schedules- Working in retail requires flexibility. We value availability to work different schedules, including weekends, to ensure that we are always ready to serve our customers.
