Senior Project Manager - BPO Transition

• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
• From 5 years of experience managing implementation or transition projects in companies within the BPO, Contact Center, or services sector.
• Experience leading complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams (without direct hierarchy).
• Knowledge of the operational functioning of Contact Center and Backoffice services.
• Experience in project planning, budget management, schedules, and risk control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• C1 level of English.
• PMP (PMI) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile methodologies certification for flexible deployments.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (operational process optimization).
• Hybrid Methodologies: Ability to combine structured planning (Waterfall) with iterative and agile deliveries (Agile/Scrum).
• Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Monday, Planner, or similar.
• Experience in digital transformation projects, process automation, or artificial intelligence applied to operations.
• Experience in Change Management.

At a key moment of growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead transition and implementation projects for new BPO services.

• Lead implementation and transition projects for new Contact Center and Backoffice services.
• Develop and manage the project plan, defining scope, schedule, milestones, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in the transition (Operations, HR, IT, Training, Quality, Legal, Procurement, etc.).
• Manage the relationship with the client during all phases of the project, acting as the primary interlocutor.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, establishing contingency plans when necessary.
• Supervise compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and established objectives.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer, training, and go-live activities.
• Monitor indicators and prepare periodic reports for Management and the client.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and standardization of methodologies within the PMO.
