• Respond to any customer, through different contact methods, not just the telephone, but also email and chat.

• Present solutions suitable for each case

• Promotion of store services.

• Making telephone calls - Outbound.

• Referral calls to other departments.

• Scheduling, confirming, and changing appointments.

• Receiving and sending emails.

• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative objectives.

• Ensure a friendly, polite, and efficient telephone service.

• Perform adequate screening of customer needs in order to segment the customer and use the correct content.

• Know how to manage conflicts, always maintaining a friendly, polite, and appropriate posture.
