Maintenance Technician - Seciltek

Secil is a leading business group whose activity is based on the production and marketing of cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, mortars, and hydraulic lime. In order to strengthen the structure of one of its companies, Seciltek intends to hire a Maintenance Technician, assuming the following main responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on equipment, both in the workshop and on-site;

• Prepare equipment for use on-site, ensuring its correct operation;

• Travel to construction sites for the installation, assembly, and technical assistance of equipment;

• Provide technical support to customers, including training on the correct use of equipment;

• Ensure the collection, cleaning, and storage of equipment, preparing it for new uses;

• Support the management and control of the stock of parts and materials necessary for interventions;

• Guarantee the organization and cleanliness of workspaces, complying with safety standards;

• Ensure the recording and updating of interventions performed in the IT tools for operational support.

• 12th grade of schooling, preferably with technical-professional training in the area of Maintenance, Electricity, Mechanics, or similar;

• Minimum professional experience of 1 to 2 years in maintenance roles, preferably in a construction site context;

• Technical and practical knowledge of electricity and mechanics, with a preference for the electrical component;

• Basic IT knowledge;

• Proactive, dynamic profile with a sense of responsibility;

• Good communication skills, empathy, and assertiveness in interpersonal relationships;

• Capacity for organization, autonomy, and teamwork;

• Availability to travel to construction sites.
