Industrial Maintenance Technician (M/F/X)

• Gross base salary between 1200€ and 1600€, depending on experience.
• Annual bonus of up to 10% of the annual base value.
• Meals provided in the canteen.

• Night hours paid at 35% between 20:00 and 24:00 and at 50% from 24:00 onwards.
• Transport allowance (per km up to a maximum of 15km).
• Overtime paid at 70% on a normal working day.
• Overtime paid at 125% on rest days and holidays.

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment and facilities, ensuring their proper functioning and the minimization of downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Interpret technical schemes and drawings for problem identification and repair execution.
• Collaborate in the implementation of continuous improvement plans and the optimization of maintenance processes.
• Record and document all maintenance interventions performed, including replaced parts and execution times.

• Professional training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or a relevant area.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance roles, preferably in the food sector or continuous process industry.
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Availability to work in shifts and to perform interventions outside of normal hours, if necessary.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and organization.
