What is it like to be a Midas Office Receptionist?

What you'll do

- You welcome the customer to the office

- Manage contact with the customer (telephone, e-mail), quotes, invoices

- You collaborate with the office manager in administrative, financial, and operational management

- You perform cleaning and tidying operations in the office.

- You ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Represents the Midas image

- You are empathetic and have the ability to build relationships with customers

- You are oriented towards the achievement of objectives

- You are autonomous and work well in a team
