PDP Project Manager (m/f/d)

- Higher education in Industrial Engineering and Management, Project Management, or similar areas;

- Professional experience in the industrial sector (or equivalent) in production project management;

- Experience in managing complex projects, from the sale to the customer to the final delivery;

- Knowledge of English, both written and oral comprehension;
- Data analysis skills and use of tools such as Excel, Power BI, and JIRA;
- Versatility and mental agility;
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

What are the responsibilities of a PDP Project Manager?

- Interconnect project management area tasks with the production planning and control part;

- Develop objectives, deadlines, and necessary resources for projects;

- Develop detailed schedules and action plans, aligned with the project scope;

- Manage risks and suggest contingency plans;

- Streamlining and driving project follow-up meetings;
- Facilitating communication between different departments - via the project team - to ensure alignment;
- Proposing technological improvements and process automation.
