Mechanical Shutdown Supervisor

• Supervise mechanical works carried out in the field during turnarounds.

• Coordinate and monitor subcontracting companies.

• Manage and control the work permits necessary for the execution of activities.

• Monitor construction progress and verify compliance with the schedule.

• Verify that works are executed in accordance with established procedures, technical requirements, and safety standards.

• Maintain direct communication with the client and the different teams involved in the field.

• Contribute to the fulfillment of quality, safety, and execution objectives during each turnaround.

Oil & Gas Mechanical Supervisor - National Turnaround Team

Are you passionate about field work and do you want to participate in some of the most relevant turnarounds in the petrochemical sector nationwide?

At RDT Ingenieros, we are building our turnaround team and we are looking to hire Oil & Gas Mechanical Supervisors to participate in petrochemical sector projects at different locations across Spain and Portugal.

You will work on-site, supervising the execution of mechanical works, coordinating subcontracting companies, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and procedures established by the owner.

The team's mission will be to perform the mechanical supervision of scheduled turnarounds in petrochemical facilities nationwide, also with the possibility of being based at some of our strategic locations.

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical supervision within the Oil & Gas sector.

• Experience working in the field and coordinating mechanical activities.

• Ability for leadership, organization, and coordination of teams and subcontractors.

• Knowledge of regulations, procedures, and industrial safety requirements applicable to the petrochemical environment.

• Ability to work autonomously and maintain fluid communication with the client.

• Availability to participate in turnarounds nationwide.

• Availability to join starting December 2026.
