What is it like to be an Area Manager?

- Ensure the development of sales activity at the dealerships, in order to achieve the proposed objectives;

- Actively participate in the negotiation process of annual registration budgets for each dealership;

- Monitor the commercial activity of the dealerships;

- Monitor the operational marketing activities of each dealership;

- Promote the integration of the brand within your area of operation;

- Define action plans for improvement and sales revitalization;

- Ensure the budget execution of the dealerships;

- Ensure the application of the Brand's quality policy;

- Optimize the network structure, infrastructure, human resources, and finances;

- Provide feedback to the various operational areas of the Brand, namely distribution, marketing, sales, after-sales, network development, and quality.

What we value

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the motorcycle and/or automotive and commercial area;

- Higher academic education;

- Passion for riding motorcycles;

- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);

- Dynamism, organization, and interpersonal relationship skills;

- Leadership and negotiation skills;

- Availability for travel.
