• Coordinates the activity of the parts area, ensuring support to workshops and customers.
• Manages orders and prepares parts shipments.
• Checks and validates orders from suppliers.
• Guarantees stock replenishment and the correct provisioning of parts.
• Participates in conducting inventories and stock control.
• Ensures the entry of material into the system and the invoicing of parts to the workshop.
• Analyzes and validates order proposals generated by the system.
• Monitors the fulfillment of the area's operational objectives.
• Leads and supports the parts team, promoting service efficiency.
• Uses digital tools to support management and the monitoring of indicators.
