  • Identify and convert whitespace opportunities in existing or underdeveloped accounts
  • Engage senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP-level) at both client and partner organisations to influence buying decisions
  • Navigate and coordinate multi-party relationships to accelerate deal cycles
  • Lead the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through closing, leveraging partner engagement for market access
  • Execute outbound activities including joint marketing campaigns with Salesforce to expand pipeline
  • Position EPAM's value through Salesforce-aligned, transformation-led proposals
  • Ensure accurate pipeline governance, forecasting and reporting

  • Proven ability to leverage partner ecosystems for opportunity generation and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and the broader CRM, cloud and enterprise platform landscape
  • Experience selling complex, multi-service or transformation-led solutions
  • Established relationships within the Spain and Portugal market and Salesforce partner ecosystem
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Degree in business, technology or a related field
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and consultative selling approach
  • Independent, target-driven mindset with a collaborative approach
