Requirements

What we're looking for

· Minimum education at the secondary level, preferably in an administrative or logistics area;
· Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or logistics operation context;
· Knowledge of warehouse management tools (WMS) and ERP, with experience in CDN and Spiga+ being valued;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a special focus on Excel;
· Ability to organize and manage priorities, with high attention to detail;
· Good communication skills and ease in managing multiple requests simultaneously;

Nice to have

· Experience with ticket management tools, such as Zoho or similar, will be valued.

What you'll do

· Operational and administrative support for daily warehouse activities;
· Monitoring and handling of stock discrepancies;
· Management of customer support tickets;
· Analysis and regularization of mismatches identified in the operation;
· Control of returns and material transfers;
· Support to the Dispatch, Reception, and Aftermarket areas;
· Point of contact for internal and external requests;
· Ensuring timely responses to different requests;
· Recording and updating information in the system, ensuring correct process monitoring.
