Administrative Assistant (m/f) Part-Time | Front-Office | Outpatient Clinic

Together we want to do more and care better. We are hiring an Administrative Assistant (m/f), on a part-time basis, to join the Outpatient Clinic service at Hospital CUF Porto.

• Provides the best in-person and telephone customer service;

• Schedules appointments and exams within the services provided at the unit;

• Monitors and attempts to improve waiting times;

• Receives, supports, and directs customers and ensures secretarial support to doctors and nurses.

• Completed 12th grade of schooling or equivalent in Portugal (mandatory);

• Experience in face-to-face customer service (preferred);

• IT proficiency and good ability to use different tools simultaneously (preferred);

• Availability for a 20-hour weekly part-time schedule (Monday to Friday, between 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM - mandatory).
