Requirements

What we're looking for

- Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or similar areas

- Professional experience between 3 and 5 years in an industrial context, preferably in the areas of project engineering, industrialization, industrial maintenance, or investment management

- Experience in the management and implementation of industrial projects, including the installation and commissioning of new equipment and infrastructure

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with defined deadlines, costs, and objectives

- Analytical profile, oriented towards problem-solving and continuous improvement

- Good capacity for planning, organization, and priority management

- Communication and interpersonal relationship skills that allow for effective articulation with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners

- Spirit of initiative, autonomy, and orientation towards results.

- Industrial project management and investment monitoring (CAPEX)

- Industrialization of production processes and implementation of new technologies

- Industrial facilities, automation, production equipment, and technical infrastructure

- Preventive, corrective, and predictive industrial maintenance

What is an Industrial Projects and Investment Engineer | CAPEX?

What you'll do

- Manage industrial projects and investments from the design phase to commissioning, ensuring the fulfillment of technical, economic, and operational objectives

- Define technical specifications, prepare budgets and schedules, and monitor CAPEX execution

- Analyze the technical and economic feasibility of new equipment, facilities, and industrial improvements

- Coordinate the installation, startup, and validation of new equipment and production processes, ensuring an effective transfer to the Production and Maintenance teams

- Monitor investment performance, controlling costs, deadlines, and scope, and identifying deviations or risks

- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to support decision-making

- Manage market consultation processes, technical proposal analysis, and supplier selection

- Coordinate external supplier activities, ensuring compliance with defined technical, safety, and planning requirements

- Provide specialized technical support to industrial maintenance, collaborating on fault resolution and the implementation of actions to improve equipment reliability and availability

- Participate in the definition and optimization of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans

- Monitor industrial performance indicators, such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and OEE

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, productivity increases, and industrial process optimization

- Ensure the updating of technical documentation and participate in internal and external audits related to facilities and maintenance.
