Requirements
What we're looking for
- Driving licenses B and C+E - mandatory;
- Availability for the following schedule: Mon to Fri from 11:00-20:00 and Saturdays from 08:00-17:00;
Nice to have
- Experience in similar roles (heavy vehicle sector) - preferred;
- Technical knowledge of the automotive industry - preferred;
- Experience driving heavy vehicles;
Education & certifications
- Minimum qualifications at the 12th-grade level;

We are looking for a Workshop Receptionist | Heavy Vehicle Test Driver - Castanheira do Ribatejo, to join the Trucks and Buses team, in Castanheira do Ribatejo.
What you'll do
- Manage the relationship and contact with Customers, identifying their needs and expectations;
- Receive vehicles and proceed with the guidance of the services to be executed by the Workshop;
- Participate in the planning of the workshop workload;
- Prepare and present quotes to Customers, as well as proposals for complementary services;
- Perform customer follow-up;
- Promote the sale of other complementary services;
- Deliver and collect vehicles outdoors and in the parking lot;
- Perform road tests for quality control at the end of repairs;
- Perform deliveries/pick-ups/movements of vehicles between the unit and the customer.
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - user level.
- Commercial orientation and focus on meeting objectives;
- Ease of communication and interpersonal skills.
