What we're looking for

Industrial Processes: In-depth knowledge of production environments, appliance assembly, and internal logistics.
Digital Systems: Practical experience using the SAP S/4HANA system.
Improvement Tools: Mastery of quality and continuous improvement tools for the shop floor, such as 5S, TPM, and ergonomics/safety practices.
Structured, organized, and patient approach.
Strong analytical capacity.

Nice to have

Strong appetite for the pedagogical area and industrial processes (preferably Bosch experience).

Languages

Fluent command of the Portuguese language (spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of English.

The role

What you'll do

To ensure excellence in the welcoming and preparation of our new employees, we are creating a dedicated Training Room where our Technical Trainer will have the mission to coordinate this space, implement the practical training plan, and systematically explain all the essential workflows for our value chain:

Ensure that all new employees understand the complete flow of our value chain.
Explain theoretical and practical production and logistics concepts.
Conduct Initial Onboarding sessions, explaining the functioning of social areas, work methods, and the general operation of the organization.
Deliver fundamental factory integration training, including 5S methodologies and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
Plan, align, and manage the training class calendar in close coordination with various teams.
Evaluate the performance and evolution of candidates during the training period, providing constructive and well-founded feedback reports.
