Customer Loyalty Manager (m/f/x)

At the moment, we are looking for full-time schedules between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM
days off: Weekend (there is a possibility of working one Saturday and one Sunday per month);

You must have availability to start in-person training on 11/16, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, for 12 working days.

• key responsibilities

  You will be responsible for contacting customers of one of the largest telecommunications operators in Portugal, with the objective of their total satisfaction.
  In your day-to-day, you will identify the best commercial solution for each customer who contacts you or who is contacted by you (inbound/outbound), with the focus being the renegotiation and loyalty of customers.

  12th grade of schooling
  Good IT skills
  Good verbal and written communication so that you can help our customers
  Capacity and appetite for teamwork and ease of interpersonal relationships
  Fluency in the English language (preferential factor)

  Average commission bonuses:
  250€ with seniority up to 3 months
  450€ with seniority between 6 to 8 months
  650€ with seniority exceeding 1 year + retention bonus
