VALUED COMPETENCIES

- 2 to 5 years of experience performing relevant functions in the area (valued);

- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques;

- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with a special focus on Excel;

- Bachelor's degree in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Management, or similar;

Area Manager (partner network) | South Zone

This Area Manager will be responsible for energizing and optimizing the performance of the partner network of fueling stations, ensuring operational excellence and the fulfillment of commercial objectives, strengthening relationships, and driving sustainable business growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Continuously ensure the prospecting of new customers, markets, and business opportunities;

- Prepare and/or monitor commercial proposals for new business for the Department;

- Monitor the fulfillment of KPIs;

- Ensure the necessary follow-up with the respective customers;

- Promote coordination between internal teams and the customer;

- Ensure or coordinate the necessary training for the portfolio under management;

- Prepare activity reports.
